When should I book my flight for Thursday?
To maximize the experience, we recommend arriving at Tocumen International (PTY) midday on Thursday (between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM). Our private transportation will be running several loops during this window to bring guests directly to the estate.
What does the Check-In process look like?
Once you arrive at the house, you'll be greeted with refreshments and a brief tour. Check-in is seamless—your luggage will be taken to your private suite while you settle in, meet the group, and prepare for our first evening sunset social.
What is the morning routine?
Each morning starts with a fresh, chef-prepared breakfast at the estate. We typically begin around 8:30 AM to fuel up before heading out for our daily excursions, whether it's the 105' yacht charter, waterfall trekking, or local beach club visits.
What should I pack / Will I have time to change?
Panama is tropical and casual-chic. Pack swimwear, light linen/breathable clothing, and comfortable walking shoes for the waterfalls. We build in "buffer time" between excursions and evening dinners so you can return to the house to refresh and change comfortably.
What exactly is covered in my investment?
Your investment is all-inclusive once you land. This includes:
• Private suite accommodations for 3 nights.
• All meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) and curated drinks.
• Private transportation for all scheduled itineraries.
• The 105' Yacht Charter experience and beach club access.
• High-level relocation and strategy workshops.
*Airfare and personal shopping/extra snacks are not included.
Can I explore the city before I fly out on Sunday?
Absolutely. Our Sunday "Flow" takes the group through Casco Viejo. You can store your luggage securely in our transport while you explore. We offer a final shuttle to PTY airport at 5:00 PM, or you can stay and arrange a private ride for about $10-$15.
Investment Terms
Deposit Protection: Once your deposit is placed, you have a 14-day window to request a full refund if your plans change. After this 14-day grace period, the deposit becomes non-refundable as we begin securing your private suite and yacht accommodations.
Final Balance: To maintain the exclusivity of the event, the remaining balance is due in full by May 28th, 2026 (three weeks prior to arrival). An invoice will be sent to your email on file 10 days before this deadline.
Cancellation & Transfer: Once the final payment is made, all funds are non-refundable. However, we understand that true emergencies happen. In the event of an unavoidable emergency, your investment is fully transferable to our next scheduled experience, though no cash refunds will be issued.
